Mindy and Family,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Mindy and I were good friends in school and I have many fond memories of Bill. I also worked with him at Lowe’s many years ago. Mindy and I would always get a kick out him driving the lawnmower to the store down the road.My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Wanda,
It seems like only a few months ago Bill and I were both in the academy on the sheriff’s dept. It’s hard to believe that’s been over 30 years ago. Just know that my prayers are with you and your family.

Condolence from Kathy Ligon Bowling on December 20th, 2011 12:00 am

I am so sorry to hear about Billy. I haven’t seen him in many years, but by
his picture he looks the same. My dad
Paul Ligon & Cassie were brother & sister, although I really don’t know much about my dad’s side of the family
since I was only 5 when he passed away. My sincere sympathies to you
all. I know what you are going through, it has been less than 4 years since I lost my beautiful mother.

Hey Wanda,

We read about Bill on line and was so shocked to hear of his passing. We saw him a while back at Lowes and did not realize he had any health problem. Don still remembers his and Bills days at L&M. Was his
death sudden or had he been sick?

Condolence from Teresa Davis- Browning on December 30th, 2011 12:00 am

Wanda,
Bill was a good friend and a good trainer with DCSO but he was the best friend any one could have. God Bless
Teresa Browning
