Condolences for the family of “Frances Jenks Wagner”

Condolence from Jewel Merritt Blackwood on November 15th, 2007 12:00 am

My sincere condolences to each of you in this time of loss. Frances picked me up each morning to go to work at JBRobbins House of Fashion many years ago. She became a close friend of my family my youngest son who is now Capt. Charles Blackwood with Orange County Sherriff’s Dept. He thought she was tops on the totem pole! Frances loved life and people loved her. She had so much to give and gave it. Dot, I came to your home one night to a beauty show. I remember how we all tried to get pretty. Please know my prayers are with each of you. I shall remember moments, not days, and will cherish each one I had with dear Frances. Much love and prayers for you at this time.
