Helen Higgins Fields

Helen Higgins Fields, 88, died neember 2, 2010. Borneeptember 22, 1922 in Roanee Rapids, Helen was the daughter of Herbert Randolph Higgins and Cornelia Eason Higgins. She lived most of her life in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, before she and her husband, the late William M. Fields, moved to Pittsboro Christian Village. Helen was a homemaker; she was a member of Pittsboro Bible Chapel and formerly a member of Ft. Lauderdale Bible Chapel. The funeral service for Mrs. Fields will be held at 10 am Thursday, neember 4, 2010 at Pittsboro Christian Village, with a graveside service to follow at 1:30 pm at Maplewood Cemetery in Durham. Mrs. Fields is survived by her son, Mark Fields of Newnan, GA; her daughter, Dana P. Turner of Cartersville, GA; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
