Deborah Tippett Daniel, 67, of Oxford, NC died unexpectedly Friday morning, December 4, 2020. She was born in Vance County, NC on January 13, 1953 to Thurman and Mildred Smith Tippett.
Deborah was retired from Regional Surgical Associates in Durham, North Carolina as a surgery scheduler. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, especially her six grandchildren.
Mrs. Daniel is survived by her husband, Stanley Daniel; daughters, Christy Bunn (Brian), and Dana Mangum (Kyle); grandchildren, Meghan, Caelyn, Lila Grace, Lindley Marie, Daniel, and Austin. Deborah is also survived by her father, Thurman Tippett; brother, David Tippett; and many other loving extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her mother, Mildred Smith Tippett.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Peace’s Chapel Baptist Church, 4044 Fairport Rd, Kittrell, NC with Rev. Johnny Yount, Jr. officiating.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Gentry-Newell & Vaughan Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.
The family requests that all attendees wear appropriate face coverings in addition to the safe practices of social distancing.
