Susan Treis Maddry

Susan Treis Maddry, 66, died Thursday, July 30, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 24, 1949 ineest Palm Beach, Florida, to the late Charles Joseph Treis Jr. and Dorothy Allen Treis. She lived her childhood in Miami, FL until she enlisted in the US Marine Corp in 1967 and later moved to Durham with her husband. Surviving are: her husband of 47 years, Thomas E. Maddry Sr.; a son, Thomas E. Maddry Jr. and his fianc?????, Gayle Bachelor; a daughter, Jenneer Sue Maddry Brewer and husband, Billy Ray Brewer Jr.; four grandchildren, Thomas E. Maddry III, Billy Ray Brewer III, Claiborne Thomas Brewer and Jessica Sue Brewer; a sister, Mary Smude and husband, Diego of Plant City, FL; a brother, Charles Treis III and wife, Emma Beckham of Cedar Grove, NC; nieces and nephews, Adrian and Arley Smude of Plant City, FL., Scott Smude of Princeton, NJ, Charles J. Treis IV and Julia Treis of Cedar Grove, NC. Services will be private.
