Severineerfe Saguil

Mrs. Severineerfe Saguil, 82, of Pittsboro, died Monday, May 5, 2008 at Duke Hospice of the Meadowlands in Hillsborough. Mrs. Saguil was born in the Philipines on January 8, 1926. She worked as a nurses's aide; and had resided in Pittsboro since 1999, following a move from New York. Mrs. Saguil enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and sewing. Survivors include her daughter, Josie Santos of Pittsboro; her son, Albert Saguil of Florida; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Her husband Alfred, and her daughter Ariel Casanova, preceded her ineeath. A remembrance gathering will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Griffin Funeral Service in Pittsboro, with the family receivng guests from 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Chatham Memorial Park cemetery in Siler City. Friends may also visit with the family from 5:00 - 9:00 pm Friday at Griffin Funeral Service.
