Mary M. Claydon

Oxford: Mary M. Claydon, 77, went to the Lord on Monday April 11, 2016. She was a native of Scotland and a resident of Granville County for 19 years. Mary was a retired banker and a member of Stovall Uneed Methodist Church where she was Chairperson of the Building Committee, a Trustee, and Treasurer. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Thursday April 14, 2016 at Stovall UMC by Reverend John W. Yount and Reverend Johnny O. Yount. The family will receive friends from 1:30 ??? 3:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Meadowview Memorial Park of Oxford. Surviving are her daughters Margaret ???Peggy??? of Oxford and Michele Cash (Timothy) of Oxford; two grandchildren Tiffany A. Cash and Shannon M. Cash.
