Marisa Weneell

Marisa Victoria Weneell, age 17, died Sunday morning from injuries received in an auto accident. Marisa was born July 9, 1991 in Worcester, Ma. and is the daughter of Victoria and Robert Weneell. She was a 2009 graduate of Orange High School and was employed with Tractor Supply Company and Andy's Restaurant both in Burlington. Marisa loved her family and would light up a room by her presence. She loved the out of doors aneenjoyed riding horses. Marisa enjoyed hiking and loved animals. She will be remembered as a person that was kind, considerate, and articulate. She loved movies and music. Surviving is her mother, Victoria "Vicki" Wahlstrom Weneell of Asheville, NC; her father, Robert J. Weneell of Ronda, NC ; her brother, Lance Corporal Sean R. Weneell of Camp LeJune , NC; paternal grandparents, Roger D. Weneell and wife Janet of Boylston, MA and grandmother, Caren Gotha of Hartsville, TN And maternal grandfather, Phillip C. Wahlstrom of Jefferson, MA. Marisa was predeceased by her grandmother, Carolyn Wahlstrom. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at Hall-Wynne Funeral Chapel, Durham, NC. Presiding will be the Rev. Julia Webb- Bowden. Burial will be at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery, Boylston, Mass. Flowers are acceptable or memorials maybe made to the Americaneed Cross.
