Margaret Arlene Mcmurray

Margaret Arlene McMurray died Monday, December 14, 2009 in Duke Hospital in Durham, NC. Born in Sheridan, Arkansas, she and her husband, Harlan, who preceded her ineeath, raised their family in Ohio. Arlene is survived by her three sons, Terrence of Houston, Texas; Dwight of Elyria, Ohio; and Greg of Tigard, Oregon; and one granddaughter, Holly, of Hickory, North Carolina. Arlene was very active ineer church in Ohio Parma Baptist Church serving as organist for 17 years and working with other ministries. She and her husband moved to North Carolina in 1986. Since that time she had attended Grey Stone Baptist Church where she was involved in the choir, served as leader of a women's Sunday school class and worked with other ministries. For many years Arlene was maneer of True Value Hardware in the Woodcroft Shopping Center. Graveside services will be held in Sheridan, Arkansas later this week.
