JAMES H. "Jimmy" WRENN, JR. OXFORD- James H. "Jimmy" Wrenn, Jr. died Sunday April 20, 2008. He was a native of Franklin County and was the son of the late James H. and Inez Hill Wrenn of Louisburg. Mr. Wrenn was a member of Hester Baptist Church and the Men's One Sunday School Class. He worked twenty-five years for Oxford Laundry and was employed with Waste Industries as a site attendant in Oxford. Mr. Wrenneerved in the US Mariane Corp. Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 23, 2008 at 11:00 AM ineester Baptist Church by Dr. Lavelle Waters and Brad Woodlief. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Surviving is his wife of fifty-seveneears, Nancy Gill Wrenn; a daughter, Janet Wrenn Johnson and husband Doug of Cary, NC; three sisters Judith Polly Wrenneenks of Wake Forest, NC, Betty Wrenneeid of Louisburg, NC and Bessie Wrenneewman of Henderson, NC; one brother William Bill Wrenn of Henderson; one granddaughter, Kim Johnson of Cary, NC; also several nieces and nephews. Active Pallbearers will be Brandon Averette, Hubert Jenks, Tommy Norwood, Ellsworth Whitaker, David White and Ted Woodlief. Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of the Men's One Class of Hester Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7:00 until 8:30 in the Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home on Harris Street.
