Essie Mae Ollis

Essie Mae Ollis, 92, of Franklin Oakes Retirement Center died on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. A native of Granville County, daughter of the late Edward and Cora Pennell, widow of Robert W. Ollis. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, neember 3, 2015 at Elmwood Cemetery. The Rev. Sam Brewer will be officiating. Surviving are her daughters Joyce Ann Hill of Henderson and Mary Christine Jackson also of Henderson, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. The family will greet friends following the service at Elmwood. Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home is serving Ollis family.
