Daniel Robert Riccitelli

Mebane, NC – It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Daniel Robert Riccitelli, age 32. Daniel passed away at his residence on October 20, 2022.

Daniel was born on April 24, 1990 to his mother Carol Riccitelli and father Daniel Paul Riccitelli in Hollywood, Florida. He attended and graduated High school in Crossville, Tennessee. Through his life he formed many lasting friendships that he carried with him into Mebane, North Carolina.

Daniel was proud to be a fourth generation roofer. He helped his father run the local family business.

Daniel and his son Cashton have a shared love for boxing and working out. Daniel also had a love for raising and breeding roosters. He enjoyed being outdoors and found happiness in fishing. Every Sunday he attended the Edgewood Baptist Church near his home.

Daniel Riccitelli is survived by his son Cashton Robert Riccitelli, mother Carol Riccitelli, his father and step mother Daniel and Shirley Riccitelli; his sister Cara Rose and husband Jay, sister Carlee Silnicki, sister Heather Ball, sister Brittany Ball, brother Gage Morando and wife Katherine; his grandmothers Betty and Therese; nieces Summer, Holly, Aaralynn, Abigail, and Molly and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and his fiancé Kristen Michelle Knight.

Daniel will be remembered for his larger than life personality. He was a beloved father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, fiancé and friend. We are forever grateful to have been blessed by his presence.

A viewing will be held for family and friends Wednesday October 26, 2022 from five to eight in the evening at Hall-Wynne Funeral Services located at 113 W. Main Street, Durham, NC 27701

Funeral services will begin Thursday October 27, 2022 at eleven in the morning at Edgewood Baptist Church located at 476 Edgewood Church Road in Mebane, NC.

Burial services to immediately follow at the Mebane Memorial Gardens, located at 6914 E Washington St, Mebane, NC.
