Kenneth and I had many wonderful times growing up together, camping, biking, all the crazy stuff kids do. We entered Basic Training together on 4/1/68 in the US Army. I had lost touch with Kenneth over the years but had an opportunity to talk with him recently and I think we spent the whole conversation talking about our grandkids. Oh, how he loved his kids. He was greatly loved and will be truly missed. I am glad he is with our Lord but from now on for me, each Veterans Day, my heart will be a little heavier that he is no longer with us in body. Love you buddy.

Mary Ann and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss of Kenneth. He was a wonderful man and he will truly be missed by all that knew and loved him. It has been awhile since I have seen Kenneth. I think I saw him once since daddy got killed. He was up at Popes.
He always had a smile on his face and welcomed me with a hug.
I prayed for his recovery, but God called him home.
I wanted to pay my respects last night but as you know things are just still too fresh in my mind for me right now. I love you all and will keep you all in my prayers.

Mary Ann & Family,
I was so sorry to hear about the illness and then the passing of Kenneth. I could certainly tell he was filled with the Holy Spirit, as each time I saw him he had a big smile and always welcomed me back to Mt. Gilead. I’m sorry I was not able to attend visitation or services, but did not learn of his passing until afterwards. May God give you strength in the days ahead.

Cindy, I know there are no words to express your feelings of loss; but there are others who understand your feelings without you having to say a word. If you need a shoulder to cry on, call me anytime. -Rebecca

Janie and family,I am so sorry about your dad but from what I heard from you he was a wonderful daddy;husband and papaw. My heart goes out to each of you. Sorry I couldn’t be with you but you were in my thoughts and prayers. Like I told you last Tuesday if you need me please don’t hesitate to call. Remember Psalm 27:1 “The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid? I feel like this is what your father believed before his departing. Love you girl. Hilda Williams
