So sad to hear this news. Joanne was always so nice and kept a smile on her face. It was a treat to hear her play her bass; I’m sure she is singing and making music with the angels now. Thoughts & prayers are with you all as you face the days ahead—please let us know if we can help in any way.

With Love

I’ll remember Jo forever as a loving, caring, beautiful person. More like a sister than a cousin. My condolences to all her entire family. I can only guess at the loss they are feeling. Rest now with our Lord Jo, until we someday meet again.

I am so sorry to hear of Jo’s passing. She was one of the few cousins I ever really got to know. I remember when I was maybe 10 or 12, Jo taking me with her on her 4-H outing and getting to see the horses and chickens at the barn. She was a fantastic rider! She will be missed.

Joanne was such a warm, wonderful person. She set a tone of kindness and professionalism in the front office of Perry Harrison–a perfect combination in such a busy place filled with children. I do want to send my condolences to her family–I know that she touched many people who knew her only a little, and I am sure that her loss to her family must be terribly hard. She was a great, humble, and gracious person who will be missed by so many.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Joanne’s passing. I moved from West Milford in ’74, but I came across my 8th grade autograph book. Here’s what she wrote, “Remember me is all I ask, but should remembrance be a task, forget me.” She will be missed.
