You and I go back many years and in those years I met your mother and oh, what a day that was! She was something special. I can still taste the stew she was cooking that day among other dishes. The lively spirit she had every time I saw her was like non other. I loved her stories, her humor and needless to say, I just loved Granny Pearl…..I will miss you.

To the family of Mrs. Anderson,
I worked at RBC Bank and I used to help your mom with her accounts and she was always a joy and pleasure to work with. After switching roles within the bank, I did not see her as much. It would only be by chance that I would be there when she would come by. Such a sweet and caring lady. She would talk of you all during our conversations. I always hoped to see her again before a time like this. You have my deepest sympathy. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Carolyn & Family Members, my thoughts are with you today & the days to come. I shall never forget, during grammar school days, the times she opened your home to me. She was very kind to me.

Condolence from Kay Scott on May 30th, 2019 9:52 am

To the Evelyn Anderson Family, She was one of the happiest and sweetest people I have ever met. I loved her personality and the joy she always brought to work. She loved her family and spoke highly of Carolyn, Kay and Vann. I worked with her from 1980 until she retired in 1986. Went to she her recently at the nursing home and she had the same spunk she had years ago. Will miss her deeply and I’m so glad Kathy, Jim and I were able to go she her before her passing. Love to all the family. Cherish all the good times and memories of her.

Van, Carolyn, Kaye and family. I will miss Evelyn so much. We had so much fun talking every day and I loved how she said exactly what she thought about things. I really thought of her as my second mom but also as my friend. I really loved her. Take care of yourselves and I hope we can keep in touch.
