Condolence from Barbara Oliver on March 20th, 2008 12:00 am

My deepest sympathy to Laurie,Carl,Bob, and Erik. I loved your Mother so very much. There was a time in our lives that we were as close or closer than sisters.I truly felt a part of her and of your family. We often call someone “my best friend”.Dollye was the essence of that phrase. Dollye was and will remain “MY BEST FRIEND” At my age,the same as your Mom’s I know I will be seeing her soon. May God’s love be with you now and always.
With my love and Uncle Bud’s as well,
Aunt Babs

This was quite a shock. Dollye and I worked together at the Durham CVB for several years. She was a very dear person, and I always enjoyed talking with her. Nordgren family, you all will be in my prayers during this difficult time. Your mom/grandmother loved you all very much, and I know she’s left you with cherished memories.

God Bless,
Brian Fletcher

Dear Lauren, Carl, Bob, Erik and families.
Our deepest sympathy to you all on the loss of your mother. Our minds are filled with wonderful memories of your mom and watching all of you as you grew into adulthood. Your mom was so proud of each of you and your children. Her purse full of pictures would attest to that. We are thinking of all of you and extend our arms in loving comfort. The Nordgren’s have been a very loving part of the Dorn’s life and your mom will be missed by all.
God Bless you all, Gary, Elsie, Lynn, Karen, Brad, Rob & Paul
