Bobbi Longo passed away April 30 in Pittsboro, NC.
Prior to her move to Pittsboro in 2004, she had been a long-time resident of Oswego, NY.
She was the daughter of Robert L. Kremin and Claire H. Grawboski Kremin of Syracuse, NY, both of whom preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughters, Christine M. Longo of Mexico, NY, and Nicole A. Longo Patrick H. Barnes IV of Pittsboro, NC. Also mourning her passing is her companion Jerry Wilcox of Marietta, NY; sisters Karin C. Welch Joseph of Camillus, NY, and Susan K. Longo Robert of Warners, NY; and extended family that included nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bobbi had a zest for life. She was an accomplished gardener, cook, and baker.
What Bobbi will be remembered for most is her love for her children, friends, family and life itself. She lived her life abundantly and will be greatly missed by all who loved her and the people whose life she touched on a daily basis. Her daughters jokingly called her “The Pittsboro Joy Germ.”
Rest in peace Mom, Mommy. Sleep with the angels, and walk with them, too. We love you always, Chrissy and Nikki.
A celebration of her life will be held in Pittsboro, NC, at the Pittsboro Roadhouse on Sunday, May 5, from 5 pm to 7 pm. A memorial gathering will be held in her hometown of Oswego, NY, on May 11 at Vona’s Restaurant from 1 pm to 4 pm.
