I just read an email from Pam Wilder informing me of Ralph’s untimely death. I wished I had seen it earlier so I could make the funeral I work in Morrisville. I went to high school with Ralph and worked summers at the glass plant with him. Ralph had a great sense of humor and was a great friend. He will be greatly missed. I am still in shock at the news…..My condolences to his family and friends….Jan Fletcher.

You should know that Ralph had a lot of friens here in Northern VA and we will all miss him greatly. I can’t imagine what it will be like playing golf this spring without him.

Ralph was such a social individual, who loved nothing better than getting together with a group of people and sharing a good meal and some really great wine. For many years we were all part of a very tight group of friends that coordinated Fourth of July picnics on the Mall, New Years Eve at the Hyatt

As a former member of the “Dewey Beach Boys” I was deeply sadden by the loss of my friend Ralph. A true southern gentleman, with integrity, compassion, warmth, and of course, that winning smile that captured our hearts and filled our lives with joys, smiles, and lasting friendship that only he could bring whenever, wherever he touched our hearts.
