Condolence from Jennifer Haithcock on June 28th, 2012 12:00 am

Dear Susan and family, I am so sorry about your loss, and there are no words to help ease the pain. I will pray for the Lord to help with that,as only He can give you the comfort and peace needed at this tragic time.
I will always remember Miss Altaree’s voice. She had a very sophisticated southern accent and I loved hearing her talk and knew exactly who I was talking whenever she called the doctors office. She was a wonderful lady and I know she will be missed by many.

Warmest Regards,
Jennifer Haithcock

19 years ago we moved to 4402 David St. and were blessed to have Altaree and Dallas as our neighbors. We moved away 2 years later, but we have never forgot Altaree and how much she loved plants, hummingbirds, her church, and our very young children. She was the sweetest, kindest person we have ever known. We all loved her! Our prayers go to her family.

While I worked on staff at First Baptist Church, Dallas Norris was the Sunday School superintendent. He was a kind man, and when I met Altaree, I realized that she was equally kind and a gracious Christian. My heart grieves with you as I pray for HIS mercy, peace, and love for all of you during this very sad time. She is with the Lord she loved. May the Holy Spirit comfort you and may the Lord heal your broken hearts.
