Condolence from Billie Ann Andrews on August 8th, 2007 12:00 am

I went to school with David at CCA. We were all a close nit family at CCA where everyone knew each other and I feel I speak for many others as well that when we learn of one of our school mates passing we all are saddened and pause for a moment of silence as we remember our youth and the memories that they were a part of. My sympathies to your family and loved ones. Billie Ann Andrews

My prayers are with the family at this time.

Condolence from Betty Hodges on August 12th, 2007 12:00 am

I worked with David at the Herald-Sun and, since the tech qtrs. were close to the news room he often spent down time chatting with the news staff. I sensed in him a humanity that touched me. I know he was having health problems at the time and I worried that his kidneys would fail. You have my sympathy.
